Prato Italy (Star 75)

Hello all,
Here is an Italian mark on some tea spoons.
From the chart I can tell that the PO is for Prato in Italy, can anyone tell me what the star with a hole in and 75 means?
Is this a date for 1975? and any idea of the maker's name?

Hi,
It`s 75 PD
PIOVAN PAOLO, Via Guizza. 186 PADOVA
(Post 1968 mark with the star, no hole in the star, just five pointed star)

In the second picture it does look like PO.
Maker 75 PO is unknown to me.

It is likely to be 75 PD as Ag 2012 says.
The mark 37 PO, the last one I found, was assigned on 29 march 2016.

Out of interest did you discover who that was as these spoons do look brand new?
The pouch they came in is immaculate and printed inside is

ARGENTO 800/1000 Chez Moi Via R.Serafino,18,8276714-Striano

Either way Im happy with 75 PD or PO it is so small it could be either depending on how the light shines on it.

Hi,
I think they are retailers (they sell glass and china,too) Negozio di articoli per la casa (Articles for home), also jewelry and watches (Negozio di gioielli e orologi - Jewelry and watches shop)
Besides, Striano is in Naples (Napoli).
Amena`s post had shed light on positive identification of Padova 75 (37 Po assigned as late as 2016, meaning almost 40 silversmiths and jewelers had to be registered in rather small assay office within a year to reach the number 75 PO which is hardly possible, and besides, your silver, although rather new, was not bought the day before yesterday).
In conclusion, it`s 75 Padova.
