Can anyone help me in identifying this maker? (It appears to be the name "Bill" written in cursive.)

This pendant is sterling, has 5 rings of 14k gold, 2 small sapphires and an authentic diamond. (I had a local jeweler authenticate the gems and metal, but could not identify the maker.)
