the hallmark is a cross with M O next to it i think but i cant find any info on the web... Can anyone help me?

But you've read the letters Upside Down
Not MO, but the OW is the name of Otto Wiskemann.
Use the search Wiskemann.

For in such a direct question, also give a direct answer is difficult.
