Help with silver caddy spoon marks

Postby casscass111 » Wed Mar 01, 2017 12:30 pm

I was wondering if anybody would be able to help me with the marking on this spoon - I'm not sure of its country of origin, it looks like silver with a simple wriggle cut design to the handle and bowl. The marks appear to be a crown, a fleur de lys, something else I don't recognise, followed by what looks like a hatchet or axe. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Casscass, welcome to the forum.

Full set of silverplate marks before 1896 and to me unknown. For other samples see and how to read silverplate marks:
