several hallmarks to be identified; help!

At the same time I wonder what the following marks (on flatware) mean. Part might be Dutch:
letter D with small snake above it;
curly A with a small 2 next to it;
star in a circle;
just the letter P with 800;
just the letter S with 800;
letters V R with a start above it and a shamrock beneath (klaverblad)

Thanks in advance for any help to a starting collector.

I can't help you much, but the D with a snake above mark was used by Delheid Frères, Belgium. Here,s an article about Belgium silver. About half way through it there's information on Delheid Frères.

The curly A with the 2 is the second alloy mark. See also in the article on ModernSilver.
