Please Help identidy Hallmark on Jar

I was told this piece is late 18th or early 19th Century German Silver. Can anyone help me verify this is true or not ? Anyone know the Maker ?

I would suppose, that it is a mark from Porto.

In the book of Portuguese marks, it appears its mark, but only says that it is a mark of Porto of the first half of century XIX.
