I bought this ring in street market in St.Petersburg, Russia. But I can't understand the hallmark, it is partially destroyed. Thank you much for any ideas.

Dear collegues. I found it. It's Privolzhsk fabric "Красная Пресня" (Red Presnya). I't Russian. And this is not silver at all, just silverplated.

And yes, it is not turquoise, just glass.
