The maker's mark C.E and unkown feature on 14k gold ring

Hello again guys,
Today let's take a look on this 14kgold ring.
3marks on it , 585(14k) C.E (makers mark?), an unkown figure.
Could someone provide some clue of the year and country？

Hi,
The closest to it is Czechoslovakian ‚‚goose‚‚ mark for 14 K gold that has remained unchanged since 1921. If so, it is Art Deco diamond set in black onyx.

Maker cannot be identified. Contacted Czech Assay Office Prague some time ago. No archives with makers.
Austrian ‚‚bird‚‚mark for silver gold combination is different, straight,long beak, just recalling, have no reference with me.
