Hand Hammered Spoon

Hello All. I can't figure this mark out, don't even know where to start. Does anybody recognize the mark. It's long and thin, like an iced tea spoon, measuring 8 1/2 inches long. Thanks.

The mark is the Cross of Saints Maurice & Lazarus used 1824-1873 by the Kingdom of Piedmont & Sardinia. It denotes the second standard of 800/1000 silver.
