Hi,
The form of the mark on the left is consistent with Austria-Hungary import mark (1901-1921).

There should be a letter in the mark indicating import assay office.
Cannot recognize the maker. The image of the object would be helpful.Jugendsil jewelry?

Depose mark belongs to Posen firm:

Jacob L Posen. The firm was founded in Frankfurt on the Main in 1869 by Brendina Wetzlar, the widow of Lazarus Jacob Posen, a silversmith and retailer of Polish descent. Her son Jacob L. Posen joined the firm by 1880, produced some of the finest silver in the country. They received a royal warrant in 1903. In the 20th century the firm was under the direction of Brendina’s grandsons Jakob, Hermann and Moritz Posen. In 1938 the company was forcefully closed and looted on Kristallnacht.

Hi,
A reliable reference is needed to attribute this ``BO``mark to Jacob L Posen. ``Depose`` in French is often seen with German marks, indicating protected pattern or design.

Josef Pauser with a similar style mark succeeded "B. Ott & Cie " (c.1925). Could this be the Ott mark?
