Hamburg 2 Marks

Hello All. Could anyone help me with these marks. There are only 2 marks, but I can't make out the Maker's mark, and I'm not sure of the letter within the gate either, an H or N. Thanks.

I am not sure - but [IIM] = Johann Jacob Meyer is an option
