Hallmark Request from mid 18th Century

I have a cup from 1745 that I am trying to obtain some information on. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Moscow, the maker is Grigoriy Lakomkin (Григорий Лакомкин - ГЛ), the assayer is or Afanasiy Rybakov (Афанасий Рыбаков - AR) or Anisim Kuzmin (Анисим Кузьмин - АК).

Are any of the makers marks for the piece I have know to be commonly forged? Just trying to figure out if I should return this item....

Suspicious marks and inconsistent style.
St George mark is very suspicious (compared with another 1745). Both the image and the sharpness.
Ш and inverted C are impossible. It`s obviously not Ш Э. And it`s not script T to be interpreted as CT. After all, what`s this additional initial mark if there are maker`s mark and the assayer?

I'm as well a bit suspicious. The town mark's frame on the cup seems to have a rounded upper end. In 1745 the the frame is rectangular. Where from did you get the year 1745? Could it be 1742? This year's frame has a rounded top? In addition, as Goldstein and AG2012 already pointed out, the style is a bit odd. The inverted Ш exists only i script (Latin T). Maybe someone made a mistake trying to make the cup looking "old" with old marks and letters---? Too many question marks here.... If possible, return it. That's what I would do.
