it says silver plate white lily flour and has a "made in holland" (inside a circle) on the stem of the spoon...spoon has trwisted stem 6 spoons with metal holder each spoon is different, a windmill. a boat, a couple that appears to be dancing, a man carrying 2 water buckets attached to a pole across his shoulder and a woman the same, 2 men who look like they could be holding rifles. any ideas?
