Who made this sugar bowl and when?

Hi,

I have this rather nice sugar bowl which, if I'm reading Tardy correctly, seems to have been made in Augsburg in 1745/7. The maker's mark is a little obscured, but should be easy to recognize given the outline of the stamp. I think it reads star over PB over R.

Any help would be much appreciated.

the salière was made 1794 by Philipp Friedrich Bruglocher from Augsburg (Seling No. 2531, p.654).
