German Hallmark?? Help please

Hello, Please can any one help me? these spoons have the hallmark pictured and the chap I got them from said it was German but I can find this mark on any site. Obviously there is no half moon or Crown either so I am wondering if these are Plated rather than silver?

Hi Badger,

No hallmarks there as It's not silver, I'm afraid. It's a Soviet piece.

М Н Ц - Медь (copper) Никель (nickel) Цинк (zinc) refers to the alloy.

I forgot to add, the company's name is Кольчугинский мельхиор (Kolchuginsky Melchior). They are still working.
