I hope someone can lead me in the right direction in the identification of this piece of silver. I'm unable to confidently decipher most of the marks, it appears to read 1000 with the initials that possibly read MCA I can't identify the larger mark. This is a small piece about 4" tall, I'm assuming by the modern design it could be Scandinavian but I need your help. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
