Railway Age v. 8 pg.491 for August 1883 indicates a Pullman-built private car set up for Railway Age was furnished with silverplate made by the Rockford Ill.-SilverPlate Company. Apparently, after Racine burned in 1882, this form of the name was in use prior to the commonly known Rockford Silverplate Company usually attributed to 1884.
