What country are these silversmiths from?

I think I stumbled on to a website with a list of silversmiths and their marks. Problem is, I don't know the country (I'm thinking Denmark). Thought it might be Scandinavian but can't match up names with the countries I'm familiar with. Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You can track down the country of origin by the the two-letter ISO country codes. Clive's list is the one I use: http://www.davros.org/misc/iso3166.html
