Help Please George Whiting London

Hi I have a fine set of six dining forks made by George Whiting Assayed in London in 1860. I know his sponsor mark was registered in 1858 but cannot find any more information on him does any one know his history please?

George Whiting continued the business of John James Whiting, see: viewtopic.php?f=74&t=25275&p=61871 The business was located in the old Bateman workshops in Bunhill Row.
