The first three marks, left to right:
1) Seven heraldic mounds, the city mark, representing the seven mountains of Bergen, Norway
2) “13 1/3 L”, the fineness, 13-1/3 lot, i.e. .833
3) “A.C. Mögelwang”, the maker Andreas Christian Møgelvang, born Viborg, Denmark, citizen in Bergen 1844, retired 1873, died 1891
The last two marks should be the month mark – usually the corresponding astrological sign – and the last two digits of the year. The last mark is very probably “69” for 1869, but it could conceivably be the sign for cancer and thus the month mark. A better image or description of the indecipherable fourth mark should resolve the issue.
Hope this helps!
