Absolutely. Yes, the marks are on one item.

There is even a 4th one...

It looks like Belgian hallmarks, maybe from Liège.

Two crowned different year letters on one item? Please show us an image of whole item.
Brugge (Bruges) 2nd half 18th century.

Town marks Bruges; crowned lion head facing left and fancy script letter b, 18th century and 2nd half 18th century
