2. Anchor
3. Lion
4. N

Don't know the kr.
Birmingham
Date letter N . Late 1800'summer.

The picture of the marks is pretty blurry / imprecise. I reckon it is either 1962 or 1987 - hard to tell the difference. It depends on the shape of the cartouche (shape of the punched mark).

Maker is unknown to me. Maybe someone else may know.

Also, not sure about late 1800s (per your earlier message). You don't have a duty mark - and your date letter appears to be a capital (not lower case).
