TABLE SPOON MAKER/ PROVINCIAL??

HI all , came across 3 table spoons (all identical as the one pictured) they are struck 3 times with a makers mark, unfortunately quite obscured. Was hoping someone with a better eye maybe able to help identify it. My best guess is maybe RC in a similar script style to Hester Bateman's mark, possibly provincial or a duty dodger spoon. would appreciate any opinions. Thanks James
