Good evening! Please help me identify the manufacturer and the purpose of this item, diameter 35 mm. Itself suggest that it is a kind of Bolo tie.

Can't help with the use of the item.

Assume you know the following (which I'm putting in just for others looking at this thread):

* Italian 925 sterling standard.
* Made post 1968
* Made in Firenze by the maker assigned the 665 number.
