Antique Necklace mark "800 GAMr"

Picked this up at an estate sale. Wondering if anyone recognizes the mark or maker. Thanks for the help.

Posted this in the wrong forum a few months ago. I am still trying to figure out this maker. It is marked 800 and what looks like GAMr. I assume this is some European maker although I guess it could be possible that it may be 19th century American maybe. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for looking.
