Can`t identify Hallmark / Country

Hello

I bought a pair of These Candlesticks recently. Quality is ok. Both weigh together around 600g. Can anybody tell me:
a). Where were These made?
b). maybe somebody also knows from whom?
c). When were These made?.

Hallmark: 0,925 + Hallmark in a shield: Top Looks like 3 Loops (or 9?). Then FM and underneath maybe an I or T.....

That is the mark of the Portuguese silversmith Topázio (Ferreira Marques & Irmão, SA).



Can you share an image of the other marks?

I'm really not sure date-wise.

I am surprised that the piece has no official hallmarks, as per the image below:





Could there be another mark hidden somewere?
