Please tell me more about my solid silver salt cellar.

Hi

I have a solid silver salt cellar and i cant work out where its from. Ive looked at all the hallmark pics and none of them match. It has the letters SW and something that I cant make out (a crown in a shield?) It could be Polish. It weighs 260g, I initially thought it was a paperweight but it has a cavity.

Can anyone tell me some more about it? Where its from, date of manufacture etc?
