Please Help ID Maker on This Tea Set

Postby cgonzalez100 » Wed Jun 29, 2016 12:14 pm

This tea set looks very much like the work of Georg Jensen, but I am thinking it is American made sterling silver. I'm lost as to who the maker is. The closest I have found is on the list of unidentified marks in the American Silver section (http://www.925-1000.com/americansilver__Unk.html).
I am hoping perhaps someone has been able to identify this maker? Please help. Thank you

Hi - can't say I see anything 'Jensenesque' in this set, it's pretty traditional. Though not confirmed so far as I know, that mark has been attributed to mid 20th century manufacturer, Hamilton Silver Co., Inc. of New York...
