Silver candlestick, marked, identification country of origin

Hi All,

recently picked up very nice silver candlestick. It is marked as *900 and there is something else next to it.

looking forward to identify where and when is was made.

weight is ~178g

i guess - possibly Italy.

Hi,
Here is cropped image of the marks.There are both ``900`` and ``800``. Have never seen this on the same object. Try to clean the second mark that looks like ``800`` and examine it under higher magnification.
I am afraid this is not enough info to determine the country of origin, unless you manage to reveal any distinctive features within the second mark other than ``800``.
