I'm having some difficulty with this mark. I believe it is the same mark on all three pieces, but I could be mistaken and the Spoon may be a different mark. If so, I will start a new post for the Spoon.
I believe the date I see on all three is 1823.
They are fairly large.
The two Forks are 8 inches long and 66 grams each.
The Spoon is 8 1/4 inches long and 61 grams.
