I will very appreciate if someone can recognize the attached maker (master) mark and date of this silver-niello feather shape quill pen.
I determine that is a creation of Kubachi-Dagestan but I only recognize the silver purity 84 in Arabic-Indic numeral system at the upper left
part of hallmark. Thanks in advance.
