Help with "Portugal" Makers mark

While I can place the country I cannot find the mark
The wine coaster measures approximately 4 3/4" In Diameter x 2 1/8" Tall. "Portugal".



The mark looks like a shield with a crown and a F or T with "Portugal"

These are not official silver hallmarks of Portugal.

I stopped by a local silver repair shop yesterday, they think this is sterling...

I emailed the company TOPÁZIO
I heard back this morning it is theirs
TOPÁZIO 74-01150 silver plated coaster.
They made this in sterling and silverplate.

Very nice of TOPÁZIO to respond to my email.
