Hallmark with 3 Dots and Unknown Symbol on Pipestone Necklace

Hi All, wondering if you can help me out with this unknown hallmark. I'm assuming it's Native American because of the Pipestone beads and the design. It almost looks like the hallmark is a cross between sun rays and a jesters hat with three dots across the brim. Any help with identifying the maker would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
