Help identifying pattern for International Silver

Found this at an estate sale. From my own long research, it's International Silver. Looked through so many patterns, can't find it. Anyone have any ideas on the pattern name or when it was made? The lady I purchased it from was the related to the Kings Ranch in Texas, Young was the grandmother, something with Starck and Kenedy.
