Unusual tribal bird pendant 1978, London Assay, Scales Control but odd makers mark

Hello!

This pendant came into my possession today and while I love it it is also vexing me as I cannot work out who made it!

Around the edge there's a London Assay mark, the date letter "B" for 1978, the Lion Passant and an unusual triangle mark which looks to have an "A" above a wave (I have included a pictured I drew of it as it's too small to photo!).

The silver chain is is on has the Passant, London Assay mark, "925" and a Scales Control mark.

Can anyone shed any light?

Looks like a two tower castle, "JRC" and an "A" in a triangle with a wave below it.

Any ideas?
