What a mind hallmark headache...

This jug has under it the following hallmarks... The one on the left is driving me crazy...the one on the right cannot tell...!!

Maybe the one on the right upside down writes... (23..81). What can this be?

It could be Ugo Porro (Roma) His mark was 93 Roma in a lozenge. Can you post a sharp shot of the mark on the right side?

The shape of the mark is definitely the one in use in Italy from 1935 to 1970 (approximately) but the numbers and the letters inside are very unclear. 23 81 would be meaningless.
The mark on the left is probably the trademark of Ugo Porro factory, but I do not know what it represents.

Registration No.should be 1168 RM

Ugo Porro has had the registration number 93 RM in 1953 and went out of business before 1971.
The company Andrea and Ugo Porro S.n.c, same location in Via Salaria 133, with the number in 1168 RM was recorded long after 1971 and therefore its mark can not have the shape that you see in the photo of Eleni.
It is also possible that the Eleni's jug has been manufactured by another silversmith and that at that time Mr. Porro was just a retailer.
Anyway without a photo of the mark suitably cleaned it is impossible to say more.

Let`s try to determine what`s beyond doubt. I think first two digits are 2 and 3 which also determines the position of the mark as seen here. Then right side should be reserved for province (town) letters. Far right looks like ``I`` but unclear letter that looks like number ``8`` is crucial. What letter could it be?.
Cannot imagine the mark is upside down,
As amena said, clean mark an better photo is needed.
