Hello, can anyone help identify this silver maker on the Hovedvandsaeg? Dated 1792 on the front.

The mark on the right looks Austro-Hungarian.

Yes, Norway, city of Bergen. Can't find the maker.

Yes, Norway, Bergen but not enough of the maker's mark is visible, please show a better picture of it.
Anyway the mark left of the town mark is the guardein mark (control mark) of Jens and Ditmer Khars. This mark help us to date the object being made 1765-1781, but that's about all without better pictures. Unfortunately the marks are on a very bad place. Try to use a mirror or tell us what letters you might see right of the guardein mark, thank you.
