Help for date

Hello,

I bought 2 teaspoons in a flea market in Brussels . I do not know anything at all about silver cutlery but I have done some research that brought me here.



What can you tell me about it ?

I also have some few other spoons but I can not identify the hallmarks. Where should I post ?
