Raintree previously stated (revsd. 3rd edition) that International Silver stopped using the quality marks on the 1847 Rogers Bros. line after 1917, having one established standard of plate for this line. Is this in fact true and can we bank on it for establishing a cut-off date for earlier wares with quality marks?
