Well, you have said very little, just posted a couple of links, so, as you may not get much of a response to such a post, I'll have a stab at it.

Not Austrian, but Russian, the kokoshnik hallmark, if I'm correct (forgive me if I'm wrong but Russian silver I know little about) shows that the crucifix was assayed in the 1908-1926 period in the fineness of 875/1000 silver. The item appears to come from Kostroma.

Hopefully one of those better qualified in Russian mark will confirm or deny, but few people will click on links. If you give time to creating your posts, others will give time trying to help.
