Hi,

Made in Groningen, The Netherlands by Fa. Gebr. Niekerk (Firm Brothers Niekerk) in 1904.
The purity is 833/000 silver and marked for export (the key through the lion passant mark).

Gebr. Niekerk used this mark between 1902 and 1927.

The crossed keys theme used in the handle indicates it was used as commerative spoon for the city of Leiden, The Netherlands.

2nd pic: N2 (makers mark)
3rd pic: silver mark (lion passant) with export mark (key)
4th pic: dateletter indeed ("a" of 1904)
5th pic: essay office .. "E" for Groningen
