Help Please with Russian hallmark

Hello. Can you help to identify if this Russian hallmark is not fake Please

AS I already requested in your other thread. Always show a picture of also the item and not only the marks.

Your spoon is made in Vilnius in Lithuania before it became independence in 1918. At that time Lithuania was a part of Russia. Therefore the kokoshnik hallmark. Vilnius you can see from the Greek letter "phi" behind the neck in the hallmark and as well read from the maker's mark's second line mark too. The maker's name is H. Boruhovich, active in Vilnius 1908-1920.

If you want answers to your other threads, show the pictures as requested and as the rules demand.

This section is for German, French, Dutch, and Russian, Scandinavian or Other - Single Image, mark image required. It is not against our forum rules to show a single image of (hall) marks.
However if possible, we prefer an image of the whole object and a clear image of the (hall) marks.

OK, sorry about that, didn't notice it. However, if it is possible to take a picture of the marks it is most likely as well possible to show the whole object. Just showing marks gives the possibility to ask a possibly stolen object's origin. 925 should not support such an activity. By showing the object in all the risk to get caught increases quite a lot. Showing single images only is not a good rule. From this on, I will not answer questions showing marks only.

Apologies for going off topic. Although showing an image of the whole item greatly increases the chance of getting a more accurate answer, there are times when it may only be possible to show an image of the mark alone, and it would be a great shame if we were deprived of seeing and sharing rare or unusual marks if we only allowed topics that showed an image of the item itself.

I for one, have managed to capture images of, to me, unknown marks, when trawling though flea markets, auctions, etc., and these are shared on the forum, but often it was not possible to capture an image of the whole piece.

It would be a great shame, and a loss to us all, if you refrained from sharing your priceless knowledge in this section of the forum.

Apologies from me too for being off topic but since the matter is brought up to attention, some more comments.

Hmmmmmm! As mentioned many times earlier on the Russian site. "Fakes are not discussed!". This is almost the same. I'd like to state that "Pictures of only marks are not discussed!" for the very same reason why fakes aren't. I do hope you at least understand my point of view stated earlier.
Very difficult for me to understand why you cannot take a picture of the entire object if you can take a nice close-up of its mark. I have never faced this problem. Ask permission and if it not granted, you know the reason and that's it.

I will, however, on your request revise my statement of not answering only mark pictures to the following. I will consider very carefully indeed whether to answer or not one image pictures in this site.
