old clasp earrings 3 hallmarks 800; "BAS", and symbol with L and 4

I need help with these earrings. There are 3 hallmarks on each earring and one more on each clasp. On clasp is same hallmark as on earrings.
first is 800
second one is BAS
and third one is symbol underneath is letter L and diagonally above is number 4
any ideas?

The top mark is from the Austrian assay office at Linz, that confirms the 800/1000 standard.
