need mark identification

Please help me with this mark. The spoon is about 11" long. It appears to read RF E & Co L

This may be a start...Could the first letter possibly be a B? If it is possible, I found a "Benjamin F. Edmonds", Boston c.1857, Manchester, NH. c. 1850 - 1856...but...still looking anyway.
