Chester Gold Ring???

Hello there, after extensively researching this site I believe this ring is Chester, can you please confirm a hallmarks displayed:

Welcome to the Forum.
Yes, Chester, 18ct, 1905. There should be another mark that would identify the maker.

That would be Samuel Usher, 123, Vyse Street, Birmingham.
