Hi Moshe,
welcome to the forum.
Your lion is walking the wrong way to be Dutch. For Dutch (hall) marks see:

Hi Peter,
Thank you for the fast answer, I noticed that too.
So if it's not Dutch, what is it? What year?

Thanks,
Moshe

Hi Moshe,

Do not know, 8(?)33 could be the silver fineness although the the number 8 is not clear and perhaps we are looking at fake marks and/or not solid silver but silver plated? I do not recognize any hallmark. Perhaps someone else can give more information. Please show us an embedded image of the marks and item. Embedded images get a far greater response than posting links.

Best,

Peter
