Birmingham Locket

Hi all - first post here! I'm doing my elderly neighbours a favour and trying to find out more about this locket that's been in their family for around 80 years, handed to them by a friend of the family before then. I can make out that it's a Birmingham hallmark, but I'm confused by the date letter and can't find anything about the initials WT&S.




Any help is greatly appreciated!
