Help with Hallmarks Please

Hello again everyone. I recently got this spoon, but can't figure out the marks.
They are on the inside of the bowl. Looks to me like HB with a star and something else in lozenge; and a Minerva head, but I'm not totally sure.

There may also be another mark on the outside of the bowl, but I can't make it out at all.
4 1/2 inches long, about 20 grams.

The other mark is the bigorne mark (located at the reverse side of the Minerva mark.
