Help with Cyrillic hallmark, please

Hello, I have this ring with what I think are Cyrillic letters stamped on the outside of the band, I cannot quite understand what it means, so I would appreciate some help please.

The inside is simply stamped with '925'.

I don't see proofs that this punch is the Russian punch and, that these letters are Cyrillic. Show a punch 925.
Type of the Russian hallmarks of postsoviet period is the very specific kind.
