Help ID Art Deco Locket With JB over E Co Mark

Does anyone know the maker of this Art Deco era locket? It is signed what looks to me like
JB over E Co
I am also not sure what the 951 1/2 mark stands for. Anyone know?

The Encyclopedia of American Silver Manufacturers by Dorothy T. Rainwater and Judy Redfield, Revised 5th Edition shows that as the trademark for James E Blake Co which was incorporated in Attleboro, Massachusetts in 1898 and was listed until 1936.
